RESERVATIONS

• Reservations can be made Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, by calling us.
• To make reservations you must be at least 21 years old and have a credit card.
• Reservations can only be made using a VISA, MasterCard or Discover card (no checks).
• A deposit of 50% of your total rent, taxes, and fees will be charged at the time of the reservation. The remaining amount is due upon check-in. (Boat rental deposits vary with boat type.)
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Some minimum requirements may apply to peak season and holiday reservations.
• No refunds will be given for late check-ins, early departures, illness, inclement weather, or mechanical failures.
• No pets are allowed.
• No smoking allowed in lodging units.
• Prices subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Receive refund of 50% of deposit when cancelling reservation 2 weeks prior to reservation date. If reservation is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice of your reservation date, deposit will be forfeited. If you fail to cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to charge your account 100% of rent, taxes, and fees.
