Donation Requests

Patoka Lake Marina & Lodging supports organizations that are important to our customers and our communities. Please Note: Only 1 donation request will be granted per organization per calendar year. If your donation request is considered, please be aware that we may not be able to issue you exactly what you asked for.

Requests MUST be received at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of your event, via the form below. We do NOT accept phone, fax, external email that is not the form below, or mail requests. We do not verbally deny or commit to donate; all correspondence will be via email. All requests are subject to approval by Patoka Lake Marina & Lodging, Inc.

All Information must be provided for donation to be considered. Partial completions will not be considered. Thank you!
